What were they thinking?

Read the title of this article and then read Jesus' words from Matthew 7:13 (NKJV):

Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.

And then explain to me how this is a good thing.....
